THANK YOU. I wish more brands would worry about being informative, honest and genuinely helpful on social media, rather than go for witty, sardonic or “hello, fellow kids”-ish. I’m a millennial and even I don’t know why childishness became the go-to strategy for interacting with customers on social media.
