The way the clickbait headline of this article caters to our selfish desire to “win” makes me sad, because it’s in stark contrast to the well-researched contents in the article that promote patience and a measured, empathetic approach to communication.

I’m glad I clicked, I’m excited to share this with friends and family on other platforms, but it’s a bummer I have to make a disclaimer about the headline ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
